The most noticeable feature of the site is the traffic which occurs in almost every possible way of transport in cities.
Metro, Tramway, Motorway, Heavy Car Traffic is the natural circumstance of Vienna’s second largest roundabout.
The Idea of this Concept is, creating a volume which is able to allow several flows of traffic and movement but also redirect some of these flows.
In a network of university, football stadium and residential complex surrounded by a four-lane road, a sports center must manage the balancing act between sound and visual isolation and an opening gesture.
An architectural response to the special urban conditions and the program that has the most diverse requirements is found in the search for commonalities.
In this context, dynamics and movement are two very distinctive features that are answered with a round structure. Urban flow, orientation and kinetics significantly influence the design.
The goal was to create a continuum of space for each sport.
A structure that can accommodate the most diverse Sports events.
